There are an endless variety of summer salad recipes which feature peaches; some add cheese or pancetta, others grill the peaches, and a few use a rich balsamic vinaigrette. White Peach & Arugula Salad harmoniously brings together peppery wild arugula and the floral sweetness of white peaches – a match made in heaven….

Producer visits are essential part of importing Italian wine; only then are you able to truly understand the varietal in context. This May we were pampered by both of our Puglian producers: vineyard expeditions, lunches, dinners and private tours. Our stay in Lecce, or the Florence of the South was certainly one of the highlights of our trip.
So it’s the end of a long hot summer – you really don’t want to cook but have a craving for pasta. Bucatini, sometimes referred to as Perciatelli has been a favorite of mine since childhood. The cylindrical spaghetti like tubes of about 10 to 12 inches in length have a tiny hole, or buco, running through them. Bucatini with Zucchini, Lemon & Pecorino combines lengths of raw zucchini, lemon, fresh herbs and sharp pecorino to create a simple yet flavorful pasta dish, ideal for entertaining a crowd.
